Generally i would agree, but what do you think is more unethical. Diagnosing behavior via news, or keeping quiet while a potential mad man has the power to destroy the world?

The truth is psychopaths and sociopaths tend to do very well in life.

Should they all step down.

So .... you would rather have a a mentally unstable President of the Unites States capable of launching nuclear weapons than have a few potentially unethical doctors. I see.

I don't think dementia or Alzheimers are considered mental illness. They are horrible diseases. This should not be taken lightly. Watching Trump, he does seem to be in a stage of dementia. If the congress or any of his family or close friends are aware of this possibility, they are doing the country and the world great harm.

This may be a tragic loss for his followers. Seems like the scientists and medical field, are making great strides, even talking about a vaccine down the road. Can't come soon enough. My ex husband is suffering with Alzheimers and it is one of the most horrific diseases of mankind. Our children are broken hearted, his wife is lost without her dear husband.

Pray that Trump gets help, that he does not take away money from research and development in the medical field. This is a serious matter, and Reagan suffered from Alzheimers. We need to pay attention to what is happening.

...
Anybody who has ever been around someone someone with dementia has an uneasy feeling when watching Trump.

Those who work with those with dementia say this is familiar behavior.

It is one thing to have a president who is a narcissist or sociopath. Quite another to have a president with diminishing cognitive functioning.

Default Psychiatrist: Trump Mental Health Urgently Deteriorating

From Dr. John Gartner, author and professor of psychiatry at Johns Hopkins University for 28 years

Says that observed behavior is more reliable than interviews. Based on his public observations of Trump, says he has malignant narcissism, a personality described by Erich Fromm, who escaped the Nazis, and used that condition to explain the psychology of dictators

Narcissistic - grandiosity,
Paranoid - demonization of the press and "different" people, conspiracy theories, feels he's constantly under attack antisocial personality, and
Antisocial Personality- violates norms and laws, predatory personality, doesn't care about the consequences of their acts for others.
Sadistic - enjoys hurting other people, like a bully.

They actually become worse, not better, over time. This explains why Trump didn't "pivot" from a badly behaved candidate to a well-behaved president.

Trump's in cognitive decline, possibly pre-dementia: In 1980s, Trump was a polished speaker, higher level of vocabulary, can finish sentences. Now he speaks as a juvenile level of vocabulary. . He tells both conscious and unconscious lies.

Video's 14 min long, but full of info about him.
