Seriously. Prove it.

I'm all for it being proven one way or another.
Go build blimps or other high altitude vehicles with filtration devices to rid the atmosphere of C02 and compare temperature to C02 PPM.

If the theory is correct temperature will drop when PPM of C02 drops.

If its wrong no more carbon taxes and regulations on industries based on "carbon foot print"

Prove the theory one way or the other.

Take a look at the graph at this url above

The current warming trend is of particular significance because most of it is extremely likely (greater than 95 percent probability) to be the result of human activity since the mid-20th century and proceeding at a rate that is unprecedented over decades to millennia.1

Earth-orbiting satellites and other technological advances have enabled scientists to see the big picture, collecting many different types of information about our planet and its climate on a global scale. This body of data, collected over many years, reveals the signals of a changing climate.

The heat-trapping nature of carbon dioxide and other gases was demonstrated in the mid-19th century.2 Their ability to affect the transfer of infrared energy through the atmosphere is the scientific basis of many instruments flown by NASA. There is no question that increased levels of greenhouse gases must cause the Earth to warm in response.

Ice cores drawn from Greenland, Antarctica, and tropical mountain glaciers show that the Earth’s climate responds to changes in greenhouse gas levels. Ancient evidence can also be found in tree rings, ocean sediments, coral reefs, and layers of sedimentary rocks. This ancient, or paleoclimate, evidence reveals that current warming is occurring roughly ten times faster than the average rate of ice-age-recovery warming.3
We can't do what YOU propose because carbon dioxide is not confined to a single area of the atmosphere. That is not the way the earth's temperature and the carbon dioxide levels work. We can see what is happening from space though.

I think they are fools. They were protesting to try to get more money, that's all that was about....they're selling snake oil and Trump ain't buying.

The Demorat's War on Science dwarfs any Republican challenge in a few areas.

This is so ridiculously stupid. Your party is the Idiocracy.

Yes, research costs money. Who knows how much further along we would already be with diseases if Bush hadn't stopped stem-cell research during his presidency.

Wrong, Idiocracy comes about through reckless breeding by the Dem idiots. We haven't had stem cells research for millions of years and have moved forward, not backward. Sorry, have to say your post is Idiocracy.

Democrats, like Republicans, deny science/facts/studies when it suits their political needs.

Many Democrats/liberals on this very board/across the country:

-Deny the Science that IQ is in good part genetically heritable.
what nonsense!

Most humans haven't been able to live till 70, for thousands of years but we still moved forward. So doesn't that mean we should kill everyone at 70? What kind of argument is that. Your saying just because wild didn't use something previously we shouldn't use it now. You do know most humans moved forward without the use of the phone, internet, car, electricity etc. so should we stop using all of these worldwide.

Except there's no evidence that the majority of those that participated in the march were actual scientists. In fact, of the people I know who participated, a grand total of zero are actual scientists.

In any case, the "March for Science" would have been more accurately called the "March to whine about how the funding stream for my boondoggle playing in a lab is about to be cut off"

Yes, many of the agencies slated to have their budgets reduced do good work - but they also do a fair amount of wasteful BS. Maybe the budget cuts will force these organizations to take a hard look at their projects and identify the ones worthy of taxpayer's money.
