I guess it was added to spice up the otherwise meaningless thread.

Good for Bernie.

Well, according to HuffPo, the DNC leader said the party should not stand behind such a candidate:

Democratic Party Draws A Line In The Sand On Abortion Rights | The Huffington Post

While that is not "berserk", it surely is a strong statement that Bernie ran afoul.

If you don't like the thread, then avoid it.
I personally think this issue is going to explode on Dems. They have realized how many people they have alienated with their fanatical social stances, and some Dems are semi-sane.....they are trying to actually win voters. The hardcore Dem fanatics will fight back.

naw, dont believe you.
THe dems are a center party with left leanings. They are socially liberal but fiscally center. They might appear to be left to you but only because you are far right wing. And worth noting dems have more support than Trumpers and gop, you know it too, that is why your side suppress votes gerrymander and embrace the support of Putin.

and here are a couple of quotes from your posts just to make sure you don't try to pass yourself off as neutral...

you clearly greatly dislike dems with a passion and clearly WANT to divide dems so i will discount your comment appropriately

Yes, except every single time the Dems get on top (1964, 1976, 1992, 2008) the lamestream media and the Wizards of Smart absolutely, positively assure us that the "natural order of things" has been restored...........Dems are back in control...........the GOP is now finished for good...........we will cruise on into a wonderful, Progressive future now..........liberals will run everything, as is their right.......

And then, a funny thing happens on the way to the opera...........lol
And THAT is what makes Dems so nasty and angry all the time..........."this wasn't supposed to happen!! We thought we had finally crushed those Neanderthals!!!"

Actually, Breitbart is an AWESOME site. Thank God the conservative viewpoint is finally being covered on a daily basis.

the fact remains that IF she gets pregnant she made choices to get there...but she didn't do it alone....and you can darm-skippy bet if she choses to keep it, she will be yelling about child support from the male, who made the baby WITH her

that baby should have a choice...the male should also be part of that choice.....its not JUST her body, but another life form (baby) growing inside her.....

btw I agree with abortion being allowed , just should not be federally funded

I don't think abortion should be the first choice.... many couples out there CAN'T physically have kids...instead of abortion, why not consider adoption
Because adoption is beautiful when it's used for it's original purpose.

It's original purpose is finding homes for children that need them.

When it becomes anything other than the original purpose, it gets ugly - victimized couples, and people with bogus certificates and expectant parents being preyed upon right there in the hospital room by desperate people who refuse to foster real children and adoption agencies going bankrupt because they don't have enough product.

By the way, the male does have a choice - when he chose not to wear his raincoat. And if she goes full-term, he can single-parent, co-parent or relinquish his rights.

Keep adoption beautiful for its original intended purpose - it's for real live children that need homes.

I have a question.

Would Republicans endorse a Republican candidate who vowed to defend Roe v Wade and a woman's right to choose?
