Trump’s Jan. 3 “Face the Nation” interview actually drew 4.6 million viewers, according to TVNewser, a figure the POTUS tweeted out a week later. The site notes it was the show’s biggest audience since Sept. 16, 2001.

So he's been a complete and utter pig on this issue twice.
Like I told you, he probably doesn't care about ratings but the biased media and you haters are using popularity to attack him (for example, the popular vote, large crowds of protesters, angry townhalls, low poll numbers, etc.)
It's his way of countering the biased media assault on him.
If I had liked him before, which I never have, this alone would be enough to change my mind.
I want to hear someone try to defend this. I really do.
Meh... not a Trump defender, but after 6 months of haters posting endless threads about every single thing he does and says which ultimately send them into feigned outrage... it's simply getting old.
When his 10 year old son became fodder for attack and few haters said "that was too far" you all lost credibility entirely.
