Not just that, but it ignores the whole part about congress being the only government entity that can create courts. IE if they want a new district court, congress has the power, not Trump.

And good luck with that, they cant even get a healthcare repeal bill through, something they voted on over 50 times when they knew it couldn't pass.

That'll kick the SF bay area and LA county in the gut.

These Judges are over stepping their power. The Executive Branch has every right to enforce laws. The left does not want the rule of law.

Anyone here think the Dems in Congress are going to agree to split up the Ninth to please Mr Trump?

Or do they just not realize that the way this happens is that Congress does the splitting, and not Mr Trump?

Getting healthcare passed has more to do with Congress than Trump, and more to do with Speaker Ryan than anyone. It will happen. They have said they are committed to it, and so is Trump.

He's not "struggling" with tax reform. Where are you reading that from, CNN? MSNBC?

He's not usurping Congress on Sanctuary Cities. The President has a certain amount of authority over such things. He can make stipulations on who gets Federal dollars. The only thing I have read is that he cannot withhold money that has already been granted, but only future. Further, the Congress is likely to agree with him on Sanctuary City policy.
Trump's tax reform was one page. Reagan's tax reform was 1300 pages. Trump's tax reform favors the rich and screws the middle class.

I'm not even sure Trump realizes it. He's repeatedly demonstrated a stunning lack of constutional knowledge.

The best part about Trump winning is that it fully exposed the left. They have lied, cheated, and tried to steal this election, and now they are intent on subverting the will of the American voter by blocking Trump's travel ban, etc. They would rather burn down their own universities than allow Freedom of Speech. They wear masks and assault innocent Trump supporters. They wanted to flood our borders with ISIS. The left is hysterical. The left is insane. The left is far too dangerous to ever be allowed into power again. And We The People, those who voted for the populist Trump, will see to it that it never happens. We will protect America from the left by turning up in record numbers at the polls.

And we the people will demonstrate for any tax plan Trump has to offer until we see his taxes. The left isn't insane. They just want accountability. They want to make sure that Trump isn't lining his own pockets.
