So, it has happened several times already since his inauguration, including yesterday.

Did he blow them out of the water?

No, they fired a flare. This is the kind of response he mocked as being weak.

After all the bluster during the campaign, he is systematically flip-flopping on every promise, even the smaller ones.

to address this brilliant piece of thought I'll state- it's going to be very hard to go to work with Iran while we're also at war with Syria, and NK all at once; esp sine any confrontation would involve Russia and China at that point; def a good time to be pulling out of trade deals and angering our border countries as well.....
