Welcome to the system. Don't you think Gorsuch was heavily involved in the republican party and donor class during most of his career also? Most judges were partisan until they were made federal judges, then they are expected to become pure and judicious, magic really?

"U.S. District Judge William Orrick III, of the Northern District of California, ruled against the Trump administration after the city of San Francisco and county of Santa Clara sued over the president’s plan to withhold federal funding from cities or counties that harbor illegal aliens, Fox News reported... The judge not only raised $200,000 for Obama in 2008, but he also raised $30,000 to committees supporting the former president that year."
I'm in favor of the Death Penalty for the Dishonorable Judge Orrick.
Um, ok.
Please tell us the capital felony he's committed. Because I don't see it.
Needed to recuse himself. I'm not sure what the law is, but No....This isn't ok. In fact, it should totally discredit this judge imo.
Judges should be apolitical.....He obviously was cherry picked. Wasn't that the judge Obama visited just before his ruling.....And, weren't they law school chums?

The money was raised years before he was a federal judge.
