Anyone notice this little tidbit? 2.5 Billion of the increased defense spending is contingent upon Trump presenting a strategy to defeat ISIS to congress. That was due months ago.....apparently congress is now asking him to deliver.

I wonder if it will be longer then 1 page.

Mattis for one. But people will freak out when they see what is required, and the cost. And Mattis is well known for being honest about this stuff.

I suspect he will ask Mattis too, then ask someone else once his team see's Mattis's. The truth wont sit well.
