Congress tries to force Trump to keep a promise (suspect, terrorism, state)

Anyone notice this little tidbit? 2.5 Billion of the increased defense spending is contingent upon Trump presenting a strategy to defeat ISIS to congress. That was due months ago.....apparently congress is now asking him to deliver.

I wonder if it will be longer then 1 page.

The deal delivers $15 billion in new defense spending to fight terrorism sought by President Donald Trump, with $2.5 billion of that contingent on Trump presenting a strategy to defeat the Islamic State to Congress

Mattis for one. But people will freak out when they see what is required, and the cost. And Mattis is well known for being honest about this stuff.

I suspect he will ask Mattis too, then ask someone else once his team see's Mattis's. The truth wont sit well.
