US deploys troops to Syria - boots on the ground. US troops have moved in from Iraq to the northern border with Turkey - to protect Kurdish-Muslims from Turkish-Muslims and ISIS-Muslims. The right denounced Obama when he wanted to fund/help the "good rebels" - but now supports this.

Where is the evidence that "the right" support this? Everyone I know thinks the rest of the world should take care of itself and certainly doesn't support more American troops dying for any middle east country.

Many on both the right and left did.

Trump has said specifically he would not do this sort of thing, congratulations. Conned again, and already deflecting.

I agree with aiding/helping the "good rebels" to fight Assad and ISIS. Good to see the right coming on board. Obama sent in "advise and assist" forces, now it is combat vehicles (see videos).

We've had boots on the ground there for quite a while (since Obama) & their stated goals were to gather intelligence & build bases for future deployments of soldiers. You do the math.

Yes your link says "advise and assist", now it escalating to combat vehicles, flying American flags, and manned by insignia-free masked Americans (much like insignia-free Russian troops in Ukraine).
