It depends upon ones perspective. Now is the time to "buy". Now is the time to invest.

If this is REALLY what you are saying, then I am embarassed on your behalf - and TM, you don't have to justify your lifestyle to someone like this. He won't be happy until you are dumpster diving for food and living in a one bedroom apartment with your family, because it's all about CHOICES.
We all make our choices. It's her problem, not mine.

I'M NOT ADVOCATING THIS FOR SELFISH REASONS UNLIKE YOU WHO ARE AGAINST IT FOR SELFISH REASONS. I happen to KNOW that there is a LARGE populatino of people out there who NEED this and welcome this. SEE .. I DON"T LOOK ONLY AT MYSELF.. and what MY position is!! I happen to CARE about other people!
You make the choices that effect your life. It's not my responsibility to give you more of my money because of the choices you make.

Apparently, there are gung-ho people who blindly love socialized health care, after all, they pay less and you pay more... Less than 1% of the people are affected and they like to bring out "scare" stories and rhetoric... I like the line "It can happen to you."... well, chances are, there is less than 1% chance of it happening... they don't even really care about the 1% it affects, as they are more concerned on how it affects them and at the same time, they are using the 1% to make their arguments... yeah, pitiful..

If I pay less and you pay more, what is the down side? Sounds like a good deal for me. We both get a service but you pay more for it than me. I like it!

No - I am NOT being sarcastic. I really believe a civilized adult society is one where everybody gets the basics before anyone has luxuries.

People usually don't like the truth. Keeping the status quo and expecting people with more money to pay for other peoples bad choices is sadly the current state of our great country.

So evil; do you consider me to be one of that 1%?

If you do then why? I pay more taxes than most people do.

If not, then what you just said makes very little sense now does it?

We have certainly discovered that paullySC doesn't seem keen on hearing the truth. Again, do I sound like someone who needs other people to pay for my 'bad decisions'? If not, then what you are saying makes very little sense, does it.
