It's such a great day when people with cancer have to pay more to try to stay alive, and insurance companies get richer. Congrats, 'murica!

Well, right now I have the right to purchase lousy health insurance that doesn't cover what I need, but is EXPENSIVE.

So I'm looking for an alternative.

However, it's artard they cut the one thing that was good about the ACA - the pre-existing condition part.

Yes, that's really good stuff. I am especially impressed how they managed to solve a 100 billion (or more) problem with 8 billion

What a joke.

The scene in my mind is Donny "Little Hands" surrounded by a sea of smiling richy rich republicans in the background, all of whom will not be at all affected by this turd of a healthcare bill. How they sleep at night knowing they have just yanked insurance from 24 million of our neediest citizens I will never know.

Trump has also gone back on his promise to provide better healthcare at a lower cost and will feel this first in 2018 and then 2020 when we kick him and his corrupt crime family out of our house!

Making America Sick Again!

Not likely the Senate will let it pass, without major changes. But if it does, Trumpists can celebrate and revel in the delicious knowledge that tens of millions of less-affluent people will have no affordable or adequate health care. The only way the Republicans can survive the 2018 Elections, is to suspend them and declare this to be an oligarchy. It seems that is where they are steering things right now.

If the the wording of this legislation about pre-existing conditions provides any wiggle-room for the insurance companies, you can bet they will apply the most favorable interpretation (to themselves) and deny such coverage.

If this degradation of our healthcare is successful for them, the other social benefit programs that have been built up over the past 55 years, will fall like dominoes. There will be nothing left of them and to the dismay of the Republicans, they will have brought about the collapse of their own country, as well as ours. In their killing-frenzy, they have forgotten that they have to live in the same part of the world, as all those outraged people they have cheated.
