Probably someone born to the Purple and more inclined to protect the privileged than to give the rest of us a fair chance at living well.

In other words, a justice who believes in individual rights and liberties.

I know the idea of private property and choice are frowned upon by many in our country, but our country was set up under those values.

If a couple of more spots become vacant, it might literally become impossible for a pro-worker candidate not beholden to the ruling donor class to ever again win office. We are at a tipping point at this stage, with national income continuing to be increasingly concentrated in the hands of the top 0.01%, elections getting ever more expensive (by design) and a deeply corrupt system of campaign finance where a tiny number of the financial overlords calling the shots behind the scenes. The conservative judges will always side with big money over working class Americans. Thats a given. The question is how many they will get on the court.

Oligarchy isnt liberty. Thats the definition of the third world. A tiny uber rich elite that controls the political process and the economy at the expense of the masses of poor.

That some working stiffs actually call for a plutocratic system akin to Mexico and Brazil is fascinating to see.

Conservative judges will side with the Constitution and allow freedom and CHOICE to prevail.

As a liberal, I'd be fine with replacing Kennedy with a like-minded person. Moderate republican.
