I don't care what race Trayvon was. He could have been white or asian for all I care.

I don't see why some are continuing to act as if he was a saint deserving of all this posthumous feel good nonsense. To 'honor' him with a symbolic degree by misrepresenting his character is an insult to all young people who worked hard in school and life.

I can understand a situation where a young innocent black teenager, accepted into a four year college, and senselessly gunned down by a cop, who is then honored with a degree by that school. But someone like Trayvon?
