Where does the law of the land say that?

There are people who ARE well above you and I, so get used to it.

Serfdom was done away a long time ago. The world isn't a plantation. Only backwards people stay "in their place".

Smart people get educated, they read, and they travel. They learn and better themselves.

I don't think you recognize ANYTHING.

You are too busy patting your elitist back.

NOBODY from NYC should be criticizing ANY other place.

I wouldn't call Wash. D.C. as "small town"

"Since when do reporters have to be "invited" to cover events?"

Sorry to burst you bubble but, not ALL events are open to the public and reporters.

Does your rule apply to Trump? I guess so because you said "NOBODY". Trump has criticized many places outside of NYC.

‘This is not the story we want’: Reporters chased out of meeting with Kushner family pitching Chinese investors

Reporters who were seated in the back of the room were told they had to leave before the meeting got underway, and were blocked from talking to attendees as they existed the room at the meeting's conclusion. When asked why reporters were booted, a PR aid stated, "This is not the story we want."
Me thinks it might not be far fetched to think that trumps son in law may end up in a Federal prison one day.

Trump family should not be involved in politics. Actually it should be illegal.

It keeps your bill low because they'd have to pay American workers more to do such hard jobs or use automation more which again....more US jobs.

It's basic economics. Increased supply of labor against a level of demand lowers wages paid.

It even bleeds over into other jobs where cheap illegal labor at the poultry plant drives more US workers to compete for other labor jobs which takes us back to the previous sentence.

What exactly should be illegal? Anyone named Trump can't run for office?

I'm wondering if this program might supply a way for moneyed terrorists (like Bin Laden) to buy their way into America? Does anyone know if a terrorist has have come in this way? Do these people get special vetting if they are Muslim? We know that some terrorist organizations have a lot of money.

If you are a Trump supporter and support his other immigration policies why would you think this program is OK?

And why do you say that?

If it was alright for the Kennedy's, Gore's, Clintons's etc. why should Trump be any different?

Just because YOU don't like him and his family is NO "reason" to call for them being banned from politics.

Ditto what QuickEnough said!

Are you actually saying that just because someone has a POTUS in the family, they should just keep their mouths shut? Or do you think the First Amendment shouldn't apply to them?

The Kushner event was publicly advertised. No invitation required.

Unfortunately, my post went over your head.

I have family in South Carolina where they're still talking about Sherman. I was born in NYC courtesy of the United States Army. I didn't grow up there.

Bless your heart. I'm more southern than you think. Lol
