Best birth control would be to keep legs closed or at least try to attract men that have jobs and a sense of purpose. Also, problem includes a lack of father figures (after the fact) and a culture that celebrates violence, victim mentality, and dependence on welfare programs, ect...
And if no such men are around, what are they supposed to do - to live the lonely lives, "keeping legs closed," working for meager salaries and obediently serving the cozy lives of the wealthy Whites, who are entitled to having life?
I don't think that's how they see it fit to be honest)))

More culture issues. While most minorities are moving forward in this country there is one that seems to be regressing thanks to liberals, lack of self control, and their dependence on false promises.

They do?
Who, where?
If those ladies are gonna play; at least use birth control. Bringing kids into the world who don't have at least a fighting chance is just wrong and, the SAME goes for "white" kids in parts of Kentucky as well as kids in other parts of the US.

Yeah it isn't getting shot that we worry about - it's getting killed by a drunk driver on the highway!
Violent crime has slowed down this year but we had a guy riding his bicycle gunned down by teenage hoodlums in a car club. Just because. People around here are cracking down on the troublemakers and turning them in. And we have a new no-nonsense sheriff. Most of the mug shots I see of people busted they look like they slipped getting into the patrol car so maybe there's an incentive program.
We're at the point where the bottom half of society is economically obsolete because of technology and globalization. They'll either have to find a way to live off the government or they'll turn to crime to survive.

I hear you, BUT; here is the thing - birth control can be left more or less up to women in LTR kind of relations, but if not, then it takes two to tango. And while perspective fathers *in Kentucky* will be held responsible for child support, what/how will the government get that child support from inner city folks?
Therefore I don't think these men preoccupy themselves too much with birth control.
But that's only part of the story. Another part is that Black women genuinely want to have children, and often - quite a few of them. They reason that in that world they live in, ( the US economy that is) "created by the Whites," they will simply never get to the point where their economic situation EVER allow them to afford children, (unlike in case with white females.) So they reason, they might as well have those children "right here right now anyway, and the heck with the rules that Whites created to serve their own interests."
The way I see it - the only way you can address this problem, is to start enforcing "no premarital sex" kind of thing from the top to the bottom, but this will have to start first of all with the whites, and you know what will happen in this case - good luck.
However if this is not going to be done - then the trouble will keep on spilling here and there, all over the place.

I agree with you for the most part, except for I see a bit more than just "technology and globalization."
I see the desire of the upper class to go "transnational" (when it comes to the corporate world.)
So while the "top" so to speak is striving to take over the world, the "bottom" starts caving in.
Because obviously money are not used any longer to patch up the internal problems, but are directed at the "international ventures."
This would be an unusual night in Los Angeles, but I guess five people shot in a night in Des Moines is no big deal.
Des Moines is becoming more and more like Chicago each day. They have nearly 3 times the homicide rate of Los Angeles and 6 times the homicide rate of NYC.
Another typical night in St. Louis also it seems like. They don't even bother to report the shootings individually, just as a group that there were this many shootings yesterday.
Topeka with just over 100,000 people has already recorded 11 homicides this year. Compared to Compton, California of similar size and has reported only 3 homicides.
It seems in general that alot of these smaller midwestern cities are just ignoring it.
Supposedly, Rapid City and Des Moines are just now becoming more and more like the Rust Belt with a rapid increase in Heroin distribution and addiction. They have very few police per-capita, resources and experience that Los Angeles or New York City have if those cities had the same issues as Rapid City and Des Moines.
For starters, looking at single years is bad enough but looking at a partial year and declaring it a trend is bad math.
For example, you cherry pick Compton citing just 3 murders so far this year....they had 7 just last May.
Basically, you need to start all over with your premise.
You may be right, just the "math" and arguments you are presenting are warped.
Des Moines has been having more problems so you might be on to something but you've gotta look at many many years to sort out the noise.
