Trump has had no impact on my area. I live in Douglas County, Colorado. The 8th richest county in the USA. The housing market has been BOOMING here since 2012. Home prices have increased in value as much as 60-70% in some areas of Denver metro.

The economy is growing so fast here in Denver and Colorado, that new apartments and new housing developments can't keep up with demand. Downtown Denver's skyline is littered with cranes. This has been happening for over five years. So, though Denver has one of the strongest economies in the country right now, the "boom" started right after Obama began his second term, and has nothing to do with Trump.

Colorado has the lowest unemployment rate in the United States. It went democrat in the 2016 election.

It's booming where I live, Ford Trucks! Companies are hiring people right out of high school with starting salaries of $90,000 per year. Manufacturing plants are springing up everywhere. New office parks are going up, illegal immigrants are being deported, and Muslims are being sent back to Kenya.

How Would You Describe The Economy Where You Live Since Trump Became President ?

It's great! A major manufacturer nearby just announced a plant closing and layoff of 800 jobs.

But hey, that means more houses on the market and living space will be more affordable

Big win!

But sarcasm is too hard for lots of CD posters to decode.

MAGA!

Charleston South Carolina has been booming for 9 years. Just holding my breath. There is no reason even Trump should destroy what's going on here...huge Volvo plant was committed to years ago.

Life is good in the Low Country and even Trump can't ruin it.

Waiting to see if he ever introduces any legislation or real action to escalate our growth...or at least keep it going.
