I was surprised he didn't get fired last year.

To the poll question: Yes he can nominate a new, impartial FBI director.

It remains to be seen IF he does.

Nixon fired the special prosecutor brought in solely to investigate the Watergate scandal. It was well known at the time the prosecutor had the goods on Nixon. Nixon never fired the FBI director.

Lets get a little perspective here.
Firing Sessions for those violations is not even remotely close to this.

Patiently waiting for someone to post Comey's disagreement with Trump's comment, regarding Comey telling Trump three separate times that he was not under investigation.
Sessions who recused himself from the Russian investigation should not be involved in any actions to fire Comey.

"Clintonian" might be a better description...

comey should have been fired the first day trump walked into the White House, IMO.

Ya probably should have listened to the whole statement.

The FBI William Sessions was fired for using coin out of petty cash to pay for improvements around his house.

Of course tho, research of history is not everyones forte when they reply

An Obama appointee was the person who wrote the letter stating Comey was not the person to lead the FBI and should be let go.
