From Raw Story:
BOOM: FBI admits ‘active, ongoing investigation’ includes Trump’s call for Russia to hack Hillary Clinton

According to recently-revealed court documents, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is looking into a case that includes then-candidate Donald Trump’s public call for Russia to hack then-candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails.

During a 2016 campaign press conference, Trump made a plea directly to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s government.

“I will tell you this, Russia: If you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Trump said in front of supporters in Florida. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

The true reason Comey was fired - NOT because he was "unfair" to Hillary Clinton. Get real folks.

Anybody who thinks Comey's firing was anything other than an attempt by Trump to cover his rear end is a complete doofus with the mental capacity of a gnat. If Trump wanted to fire Comey over the Hillary emails investigation he would have done so on January 21st. This is about Russia and how Comey had the audacity to seek the truth instead of bowing before the treasonous cheeto. That's why he fired Preet Bharara too: he was investigating Trump's connections to the Russian mob (which just coincidentally happens to have a large number of ex KGB officers among their ranks).

Seriously people, it's time to put the partisanship aside. We can fight over politics once we get Trump and co. out of office, now is the time to unite and take back our country!

I hope the Russians do find and publish the 30,000 emails that Hillary tried to destroy.

Maybe it's me - but it seems like if he was trying to actually do that and collude with Russia, he wouldn't have said that out in the open.

The DNC was hacked in April. They found out about it in May or June I think. When did Trump make the statement? He made the statement in late July. The DNC had been hacked already.

Are you referring to the FBI?

I don't get it, is the article trying to state the public statement was an actual call to action or just something that shows intent?

Why wouldn't they have done so already if they have anything of substance?

I realize I'm using logic and rational thinking here but just play along.

Russia didn't hack Hillary. None of Hillary's emails got released. Podesta and the DNC emails got released and Russia was not the source. As if Russia gives a crap about Podesta

Link to the court documents, please. "Raw Story" isn't exactly a place I'm going to believe just because they said so. Especially when they use clickbait titles like those starting with "Boom!"

Seriously, do you all not know when you're being had?
