They don't want parasites in Texas. At the check stations on I-10 and say, yes.

If I was the governor of Texas I'd sue the ACLU for discouraging other state's citizens and legal immigrants from coming there for a visit or moving there. It affects their revenue. The ACLU did not just discourage illegal aliens from going there.
