This ignorance, in this forum, about how our country runs is astounding. How can you not know that it is Congress that controls the federal budget? The President has to get approval from Congress for all budget items. Did you not learn this in high school?

But the President is suppose to present a budget to Congress....we still don't have a budget for Congress -- so no line items.

You are entitled to your own opinions, but not to your own facts. Obama inherited the greatest fiscal disaster since the depression, with Iraq as a cherry on top.
