He ride the name recognition long enough... the best he can do for himself, go sit in the back yard and sip lemonade and engage confabulations with the rest of those whom are like him.

SOME (NOT ALL) white people are such a trip, they get "hung up on Name's" and have no idea about the issues, policies or the twisted character of those whom they chase with name fantasy fiction.
I have no idea who you're talking about, but you sure aren't describing Trey Gowdy.

America first!
A manager who hires people so bad that multiple recent key hires have to be terminated is not an effective manager, and would not last long in a well run company.

ETA: I see a number of people have pointed out this same fact.

What do you mean 8 years? Republicans are still pitching fits about Obama.

I have been associated with several well run companies, and a couple of floppers.

I could not disagree more.

HOT BABE! Kimberly Guilfoil, of FOX News fame, is being highly recruited to take over Spicer's job.

Comey was just the beginning, of a massive purge of those fighting against his agenda.
Source? I realize Spicer might be on his way out, but I haven't seen or read any official announcement of his resignation or firing.

If more people leave the White House, it only shows how unstable this administration is, and I don't know how you can possibly take it any other way. These people were not in Obama's administration, so you can't blame him for the chaos Trump has created. By the way, at least when Obama fired someone, he had the courtesy to meet with him in person, not send a messenger to embarrass the man in front of his colleagues.

Exactly. She's actually too qualified (she has a law degree) and would probably make a lot less money than she does working for Fox. I think Sarah Huckabee-Sanders should be promoted should Spicer leave instead of bringing in someone new from the outside. Just my opinion. She's not "a hot babe" but she slings the manure well while keeping her cool.

But that's NOT what will get anything done in DC. Bannon was in charge of the first healthcare vote and it was a dismal failure.

Cons do seem to love a cult of personality - and don't care that they can't accomplish one damn thing,

No. It's still a question with the wrong punctuation mark. Punctuation error aside, it's not a statement of fact, either. But your reply does have an erroneous comma in it for a fact. That comma turned a perfectly good sentence into a nonsensical fragment in the second half.
