i have heard some say that. To be honest i see a lot of political value in the Dems not doing well in 2018. It would leave the GOP fully responsible for their actions and open us up to massive 2020 win.
But i dont think i can root for it as i know it will allow Pence or Trump to degrade the nation further. It is a pity the dems get stuck repairing the damage. We need power alternating to avoid swinging too far either direction. But things are bad enough that we really need about 16 years of democratic leadership to mend the damage done since Bill & bush. Obama at 8 years was just not enough to fix it. The endless wars have decimated our national treasure. We have lost and cost so many lives, we have wasted our money and gained so little.
Trump is not going to make this better for the bottom 3/4 of the pop, instead they will find themselves struggling even more. And what is worse the singularity grows closer and we are going to be less prepared in 4 years than we are today. It is the biggest event since Fire and the world is acting like it is just Sci Fi.
