I suggest we should Declare a Victory and make all drugs legal. Then spend the money on fighting serious crimes such as child abuse, sex slavery and other forms of violence.


The gangs will be devastated as there is no way they can compete with the tobacco companies in supplying marijuana and Big Pharma in supplying the opiates and Narcan. Yeah, there may be more casualties, but seriously addicted opiate addicts are pretty useless anyway and, by other then some family, not be missed.
