Oh so to point out that what the Democrats/Left is accusing Trump of doing wrong, was also done by themselves is deflection? Yeah, okay...

He was the head of the Federal Bureau of Investigations. That isn't for him to decide.
2. He admits carelessness in handling classified information. But bases no reason to indict her or her colleagues on Intent

In other words (pay attention Trump haters) If I get drunk at a bar, jump in my truck, go 3 miles down the road and clobber a minivan with a family of 5 I'm null and void of killing 3 kids because I did not intend to do so.
Or be careless to not check the chamber before stripping down a Glock and squeeze the trigger out of extreme carelessness and shoot through the wall and kill my neighbor because I didn't intend to do so.
Or go 80mph down a 40 mph residential street while texting my boss that I am running late for work and clobber a kid on a bike out of extreme carelessness and be free of charges, for it wasn't my intentions to do so.
3. With the above examples being relative, since he is basing the argument on intent, a Prosecutor and Jury's function in the way the justice system works, is to examine the evidence found by investigation, and determine guilt. Basically she, and her colleagues, got a free pass for mishandling classified information.
Perhaps he found his suicide note in those emails in case he were to turn over the results of the investigation to prosecutors?

Us average joes, if we commit a crime, the police are to perform an investigation, gather evidence to be presented in a court of law, and that evidence is to be used to determine whether or not we are guilty as charged. Imagine the outrage if police were to determine whether or not criminals are guilty of their actions based on intent... Well we can't arrest John Doe for robbing the bank, and shooting the teller in the face, he's broke and his wife and kids are starving it wasn't his intentions to kill... He just needed quick money...
...and bolded for additional validity!

Section F of the Espionage Act sets the standard for violation of the act at gross negligence.

Comey took it upon himself to interpret "gross negligence" to mean willful intent.

Obtaining the homebrew server for the purpose of storing her e-mails satisfies the gross negligence requirement and clearly proves the intent that Comey claims didn't exist.

He also provided a recommendation that Clinton not be prosecuted knowing that the law in question had clearly been violated.

Moreover, he did this knowing that A.G.Lynch had recently been discovered having had what was supposed to be a secret meeting with Bill Clinton on an Arizona airport tarmac and that the likely source of the tip to the local media about the meeting came from an FBI agent present at the meeting who was unwilling to tolerate this sort of high-level corruption at the DOJ and willing to risk all to expose it.

Nah. Deflection is blaming Russia red Menace for Trump being elected.

Guess it's incomprehensible that the populace rejects your ideology and hypocrisy of the Party of the weak and feeble, Party of feelings injustices and mental illness. Party of government (tax payer) dependency because we made pizz poor decisions in life, and want free everything for we're entitled and they have that in (insert country here)
Party of free will and free thought suppressed in favor of administrations will.
Party of tax fine and regulate businesses in the name of global warming forcing employers to seek production and employment to overseas.
Party of pandering coddling a bunch of never haves never will be's from lack of motivation ambition and above all personal responsibility.

Here's some advice...
Want to own a house?
Want fancy cars/trucks/suvs?
Want a happy and healthy life?
Get up. Go find an untapped, unsaturated market. Study it research it. Do it. Master it. Prove your worth. Take action to get the raise you rightfully deserve become valuable. So valuable to that company/industry, that when you have a sick day, they beg you to come in whether you have the flu or ebola. Get your raise or walk. Or better yet. Take all that money you have earned, save it, invest it. Gain residual income. Open up your own company. Sacrifice time spent online boohooing about social injustices, time with friends, time with family or pursuing sexual exploits for another notch under your belt, doing drugs, partying, to make it instead of blame others for your failures.

Or follow what happened in detroit, face an enormous industry lay off and cry foul because you were comfortable pushing buttons on an assembly line for GM, when the writing was on the wall for MONTHS your job is at risk, and instead of seeking a different Avenue of income, you jump right on the woe is me, capitalism is cruel, free markets are unjust, train.

Don't expect others who took initiative to make sacrifices and become successful to fund your living expenses. Your health insurance and medical bills. Don't expect others to fund your education either.

Don't like it because (insert country here) has free health care, free college? Move there. Go there. Nobody is stopping you. Can't afford to do so? Maybe take initiative to make that a possibility
On second thought, don't do that, those countries are closer to Russia... after all, you wouldn't want Rootin Tootin Putin to come sneak under your bed at night and torment you...

Hypocrisy at its finest. This is similar to democrats clambering for more border security in the early '90's. Unbelievable.
Unbelievable indeed, that you failed so badly in this thread that you needed to deflect away from your attempt to compare the firing of William Sessions with the firing of James Comey.

#THREADFAIL

Here is a short article:

And Clinton fired sessions for political reasons.

He hasn't gotten any significant legislation accomplished, despite having a Republican legislator majority and conservative court to push through any possible change he could want. His unfounded accusations and constant lies send his PR reps scurrying for explanations when there are none. And let's not forget the millions of dollars it costs us for him to take trips to one resort or another EVERY WEEKEND, plus all the other millions it costs in security since his whole family lives on opposite coasts. So yeah, we have good reasons to be outraged every time this man does anything.

That's just your side's biased opinion. We don't think he's a mockery at all. He's actually restored the respect of our country from leaders around the world. Obama was seen as a weak leader and rogue regimes like Iran literally walked all over him.

And no, Trump does not have the Congress or court support. Literally half of the freaking Congress votes against him because of the Democrats and his travel EO's are always struck down by liberal 9th circuit judges that Obama appointed.
Really? Please, show us proof that leaders around the world respect President Two Scoops (other than Mother Russia, since we know he's in bed with them). And why on earth would he not have Congress or court support? Both branches have Republican/conservative majorities. The court is conservative because he appointed Neil Gorsuch, remember? The fact that he can't get anything accomplished despite having majority colleagues from his own party volumes about him, and it isn't good.

The republicans hold a majority in the house and senate. If he can't pass legislation in that environment, he's useless as a president.

His executive orders regarding travel bans wouldn't be repeatedly shot down if they were crafted to pass constitutional muster in the first place. I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, in assuming that you do care about the US Constitution.

Also, what about the fact that Trump stated on camera multiple times that executive orders were a sign of failure on the part of the president? It's amazing to me how Trump supporters can just ignore these giant pits of hypocrisy on his part. Does no one remember how many times Trump bitched about Obama playing golf and said he'd have no time for golf if he was president?

Bwaaaahaaahaaa! Everyone who has ANY idea how the US government works KNOWS each and every agency and department head, as well as every cabinet position, ambassador and presidential appointee serves at the PLEASURE of the President of the United States. He needs no reason whatsoever to fire any of them at any time. Moreover, the fact that you don't like it makes it even better.
