I think that Trump should have been warned not to trust Israel with US secrets and technology. They have a bad habit of selling our secrets to our enemies.

The information Trump chose to share with the Russians was classified until Trump decided to share it.
And Israel never consented to share it..a professional courtesy usually granted to a nation that has shared intel with another nation is the continuing right to determine who that info can be shared with. This allows them to protect their sources. This is not a minor error by Trump. Israel still relies far more on human intelligence than most other most modern nations do, so it is highly likely that someone will die due to this lack of judgement.
