I'd like to see a FULL video of events to see what went on there.
While they're not supposed to come out of their embassy grounds, there is a little latitude since they do have to venture out to conduct business.
Nobody got killed, if they over-stepped then they'll get a reprimand but nobody is going to get in serious trouble over the scuffle.
A scuffle? You call violent assault on peaceful protesters a scuffle?? Is people getting killed where you draw the line then? Fine for guests in your country to brutally attack innocent people so long as they don't kill them.
