Under Clinton the IT Industry crashed and the results followed. Clinton prompted up Fanny Mae /Mac and Acorn set up the perfect storm when they sued Bank of America for unfair lending practices.
GW had a very product Presidencies until the housing collapse. Top Democrats Maxine Water, Chris Dodd (Countrywide Scandal) and Barney Franks cover Raines form be prosecuted for band loans and illegal credit approvals.
GW was demonized by Liberals, but what is funny GW had it right in the end on our defense and how former President should respect the office of the President.
Obama was protected by the Clinton Machine. Obama has been viewed to be the not unconstitutional President on record or at the very least took his policies to the line. His past is till up for debate for generation to come.

I would say that if you think deeper, you missed the fact that the Bush debt did not stop rising after Bush left office, the nation is still accumulating debt based on the wars created by Bush, as well as the devastated economy that it takes debt to bring it back. why such things would escape you, I don't know... but I bet if your house burns down and you have to build it back, you will understand how that cost of doing so will expand your debt.
As to the other matter about history and racism... maybe you should take a moment and learn what the word "CONSERVATIVE MEANS" instead of being desperate to claim that someone has called everyone racist as a means to diminish the points being discussed, as well as trying to void the truth that racism is real and active in America. You invalidate yourself with such fictions.
Many Conservatives don't even know what Conservatives means, they think its something different from what it is, they are not all necessarily racist, and many may not even be filled with race bias, but the premise of what is Conservative, has a racial component within the roots of why its considered Conservative, and by 'fact" many white people join it as if they see it as the "white thing to do".. regardless of the policies that are of much structure to defeat the individual, they blindly vote it
as if its "the designated party of

You likely are not even aware that it has only been 53 yrs since the Civil Rights Act, and then after that act,
it took Affirmative Action to stop people from engaging in covert forms of race based discrimination, and some circles it still is as much overt as it is covert.
Bush was challenged because of the elements about War... He was far more considerate of race than being one who was driven by aims of race bias, He had some in his cabinet who came from earlier era's who aspired to the frames of agenda that aligned with Conservative motivations. The bulk of Bush's presidency was marred in War and focus on Terrorism and considerations regarding capturing and expanding the accessibility of Oil and the influences and dominance of the politics of the region as a concern for the American Interest as it related to natural resources.
Clinton's matter are not as you say, it was the fact that the nation was into importing and acquisition and mergers and industry moving out of the country and commercialism enhanced by the former drug money that started a Building Boom, and the rise in imports that supported a robust commercial economy... it followed the elements as laid out by Bush 1st. and his new world order, and The advent of the internet, was new, and prior to that America had the best financial and administrative system, where it thought it could be the paper shuffler of Chinese labor and goods production, and in came the Computer and certainly the Internet and changed that dynamic's which proved to present a reality that "now" all nations
had improved financial and administrative systems, and American no longer maintained dominance in that sector. Information management took over the Technical Revolution and between information and digital, it make the world a more saturated environment of even the poorest countries could not begin to rise because they had better data managements system, to handle their own affairs.
People often let their mind lock when they have to acknowledge the history of race bias and race bigotry and race discriminatory reality of the American system and its history, until they can't focus to see the many other elements that are within the multi layered dimension aspects of what and how things have shaped up to evolve.
History is truth, it cannot be disconnected to the reality of the present, because the present is what history has produced.
Now when you want to talk economics, go back... look at the S&L meltdown which resulted to the biggest bail out in history to that date, then look at the later fall led by the Arthur Anderson Accounting Scandal and the process it was promoted on, and you get Enron, Global Crossing, Aldephi and various others, that fell like giant rocks and cost this nations tremendous losses to the American working public and changed the dynamics of financial matters.
At the time Clinton torpedoed Glass-Stegall, it led to the illusions that so much money was floating around, that it opened the door for everything kind of collusion's in the financial industry. You also missed the point of what is, "Junk Bonds", what is "Credit Default Swaps", and what is "Derivatives", which took off like a rocket, until the nature of valuation even in this day, is driven by speculation and fictions, where Hedge Funds are now a casino game that has this country up against a potential financial level of being highly fragile...
Wealth is and carries a responsibility... when one understand that, they can then be prepared to learn more in such regards, and they might even learn how and what is economic treason.
IF one was intellegent enough to be with an open mind to understand what Obama said, they'd know, the investment of our Government in Roads and Infrastructure of every sort, is how and why it has been made possible for some to gain such wealth, because without that infrastructure in place, the elements of business prospering would not be at such a high level, nor move as such a high pace... Therefore, if one understand the signifigance of that, then they can better interpret what they heard when Obama Spoke. BUT, all the average white person heard was "he wants to take the money from the wealthy and give it to the poor".. when that is the farthest thing from what he said, and it certainly is not what he meant.
He meant, those who have gained such, because of the system, and infrastructure and all that is part of the American system, should invest back in America, that all people may have gainful means and opportunity to live a better life, and in the process, those whom have wealth will equally so do well.
But white people only heard what they wanted to hear based on the mindset of their thinking, which blinded them and shield their mind from perspective interpreting what they heard. "Attitude Matters" because it impact how people interpret what is presented.
President Obama said: "Let's build America from the bottom up and lets make a level playing field where opportunity is broad based and all can have availability to embrace opportunity and enjoin it. He followed up with saying, "he can't do it alone, that it takes "all of us"....
Suddenly, people sit on their arse, an expected him to wave a magic wand and fix everything without them even raisng a hand, and when the Republican took a Pledge, the people did not even turn out to vote in the Mid-terms, and made every Republican challenge become nothing more than a successive series of roadblocks, and broken bridges as an aim, to try and avert Obama from being able to have a second term and trying to produce failure by the constant attack by Republican system and constituency.
Republican spent 8 yrs trying to find some dirt on the man, and they to date have not found any, nor did what they tried to manufacture would not stick. Obama ushered in Diplomacy and resisted starting new wars, and that too was detested by the Republican Establishment.
You have no idea what Wealth RE-Distribution is, you are uttering a coined phrase by Republican.. "Re-Investing" in America is what is and was the point, that Obama stood on... Now, Trump is trying to promote 'Re-Investing" in American, and you don't call it Wealth RE-distribution....

But ... SELECTIVE AMNESIA, is such a dominant process within the Republican mindset, until details is not a matter of concern, they come up short in what they say, and the twist they try and promote is pushed with a uninformed basis of thought, attitude an expression.
You better check the stats when you are talking about "generational welfare" and you will find the recipient in the Red States to be Astronomical... as I'm sure that is a truth you'd much prefer to rely on "selective amnesia" to try and omit that truth...... Maybe you need to go out and actually pay attention the the high volume of whites who are beneficiaries of publican assistance programs. But, as usual, the Republican who want something for free are incessantly whining and claiming democrats want it, when truth and fact is.... it has long been and continues to be the Right Winger who are among the highest % not only of public services benefits, but hunt down grants and government contracts like a blood hound, and then submit their cost over-runs, trying to fleece the system for more.
But, why would any Republican admit to such truths, when bias and bigotry is the mainstay in their mindset, and they feel "entitled" to get these benefits, as long as they can do all they can to ensure that lesser and no benefits are utilized by minorities of poor whites who are of the Democratic system.
NO one is unaware that Republican think this nation is only suppose to function to cater to them.... they simply have no evolved to learn how to live in a Civic society, that is of a Democratic Premise. they detest the system of Governance that is aspiring to become more a system of "fair play and equality'... which is something that the Right Winger have groups that detest any concept of equality....
