Thank you for proving the OP's point. We all know his base is strong and will never waiver. We also know they will reject all poll results based only on the election results, completely ignoring that the margiin of victory in swing states and the popular vote showed the polls were only off by a very small margin which is expected in all polls.

The truth is Americans do not love Trump, only the 35% of us do.

That's a naive attitude, unfortunately. Trump can do even more damage to our reputation overseas than he does here. Here in America, his fellow comrades can just ignore a lot of his immature behavior and outright incompetence. Overseas, the stakes are much higher. World peace is on the line.

Gallup, Reuters, Public Policy Polling... all are showing Trump approval ratings at 40% or lower.

Naturally, we'll be treated to endless posts by the poll trolls. So what.

It could be.

Trump's chief of staff has abandoned the effort and returned home.

Events are being cancelled.

Ivanka is filling in for her dad at gatherings as he's apparently too exhausted to read off a script.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch the investigations continue.

So, now Reuters is a fake news source, too.

And, hey, clinton didn't win, get over it. Move on, and really examine what the current prez is doing to make well over 50% of the people think so poorly of him.

It is pretty clear from their various reactions to his tweets that trump's tweets certainly impact the people who work for him a lot... and not in a good way.

I am concerned, tho, that you think that everything negative about trump is only concerning his tweets.

I'm predicting Trump's approval ratings to go lower and lower and lower until they're in negative territory (some voting unapproval twice like Dems do) and then a magical and unexplainable 1 day huge jump on election day in 2020 to get reelected and his approval ratings will then fall off again.
