MSNBC Reaches Number One For First Time in Primetime Ratings | Variety

Sad! Some at Fox are really unhappy with Hannity pushing the fake Seth rich story. They're embarrassed for him.

Why am I not surprised? People who treat FOX news as reality are getting buried and laughed at in debates. Nobody likes to be treated like they are stupid.

LOL. Remember when the folks on the Right used to post this about fox being #1 all the time?

Looks like Trump is taking them, AND the GOP down.

The fact is it is better for ratings to have the opposing ideology than what your media outlet supports in office. Attacking is more entertaining than defending.

I dropped cable, a waste of money. I got books and the internet.

If I was Fox i would hire George Will and like minded conservatives. Once they start attacking Trump ratings will go up.

I'm not sure thats the whole reason. I think the new ownership and management of Fox has moved away from what they normally told folks, and its turned some off from them.

But you could be right too. Its hard to know.

I am boycotting FOX. I refuse to watch the other news channels too. I get my information from the Drudge Report.

Good for them I guess, nice to see that FOX isn't the only news outlet that can cash in on the tidal wave of brown journalism out there.

Big question though is what this does to CNN's "run left" strategy. If MSNBC is scooping up the people that want their news spoon fed to them from the left hand instead of the right like the FOX folks I wonder if CNN will have to return to the middle or double down and push harder left.

Oh well, I've been stuck in a room for the last hour with MSNBC and as someone that only watches it or FOX if essentially trapped....it's funny how much they're alike.

I wonder if they will try to shut Hannity up.
