No European is going to defeat terrorism. They need to simply attempt to protect their own and let the Shia and Sunni finish killing each other off. The West needs to stop choosing sides in this conflict and let it go where ever Allah wants it to go.

Good point. Targeting events where it is known young children will be has been the game changer in the last year or so. The crazy thing is, I think westerners are just so use to terrorist attack, that this targeting of children hasn't really changed anyone's attitudes.
You know what really scares me guys, what if schools are targeted someday. Look at what a bunch of loser, physically weak pimple faced teenagers can do. Imagine a grown man, who is fighting a zealous war is capable of doing.

Problem with that is that the Muslims with funds to do so are not the majority of the people in their own countries. If you look at oil rich countries, the citizen populations make up less than 25% of the total populations.

And this ^^^^ is the start of the answer to these "religious" loons. The first thing that should be done by the civilized world is to make it clear to ANY nation state that supports the terrorists that they will be COMPLETELY cut off from the rest of the world.
Take Hamas and the Palestinians or Iran as an example, they pay the families of terrorists and hand out large sums to the organizations, train them and/or give them shelter.
Time to COMPLETELY cut them off from the outside world via blockade until they stop it. No aid, no imports/exports no nothing. Either they will stop or their people will rise up and remove the leaders.
