Two things you should never see are the word "Trump" and "articulate" in the same sentence. He has the vocabulary, and mental capacity of about a 6 year old, maybe 7.
Not good examples here. These guys are now all mumblers and/or slow talkers. Anyone can look at younger versions of these examples and see that they have diminished with age.
You can name a bunch of people but that still does not mean all people except Trump have no problem with aging and speech.

Every one knows by now that talk shows and interviews are often rehearsed and scripted. In addition, the final product is edited. White House press conference will sometimes have that same element where the questions have to be submitted in advance. The difference is that talk shows have staff that will help the guest.
He suffers a little from being on reality shows where it had to be dumbed down for the audience and drama is necessary to keep the viewers interested. Hence, he tends to react very emotionally now when he speaks.
He's old. Hillary used to lie without batting an eye but now she has fits and falls down. Obama was said to be articulate and if he wasn't reading a teleprompter or being fed what to say all he could do is stammer and stutter and go " uh uh uh".
Clinton was Mr. smooth and now he's in a syphillitic fugue. Even Al Gore's packed on the pounds and huffs and puffs.
