Some are going as far as comparing it to "Sharia law." Are they bitter that Pence isn't some cheater like Bill Clinton? Are they angry he is a faithful husband? I can't wrap my head around this.
I'm a liberal, and I have no idea what you are talking about. If Mr. Pence is devoted to his wife (or not), that's their business and nobody else's. I felt the same way about the Clintons. So some people made jokes and other comments about the Pences on social media. So what?

I think it's sweet of him. His rules for himself might be overkill for some, but maybe he feels it necessary for himself to avoid getting tempted. Whatever works, as long as they're happy.

Having fun reading all the ridiculous ways conservatives are trying to argue that Pence's "can't be alone with women" thing isn't weird.
The Pence's marriage is their business, as I said before. However, if you are a public figure and you broadcast personal details about your marriage in the media, you had better have a thick skin because people are going to talk about it and make judgmental comments.
That said, I love the Onion bit about Mrs. Butterworth.
