No one is unaware of racism.

You simply advised that the best course of action is to ignore it.

I disagreed and explained why.

Newsflash, this has been happening for years! The 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's. It's nothing new.

I'm getting annoyed with the media pushing out every instance of racism.

I'm pretty sure if my one of my best white friends was talking to me and jokingly goes "you silly n**ga" and someone records it, the media would just spin it out of control for no real reason.

Real racist people do exist. But ...ignore it. And it goes away.
I've been hearing people say "ignore it and it'll go away" for a while, definitely before 2015. Then someone killed 9 people in a church because of their skin color. That obviously worked.

As far as the rest of your post, I'll keep my thoughts to myself.

I agree with you, but then why are liberals allowed to use "freedom of speech" to justify anything they do?

As much as I hate Wal-Mart, I can't blame this on Wal-Mart. I was sitting outside of a Starbucks one evening. Two guys in a truck drove up slowly and screamed the "N" word at me from their truck. This was at a place I would consider "not trashy".

Ohhhhhh!

You mean how Roof's motivation was the explosion and over-coverage of the Trayvon Martin thing? Because that was one of his motivations of why he killed 9 people in the church....due to the media not shutting up about Zimmerman and Martin.

So yes, by keep pressing race in the news, it seems like it's having a great affect on people like Dylan Roof, isn't it.

Great job on that analysis.

Are you nuts? Roof's motivation was hatred and anger. If the Trayvon Martin incident had received 100 times more coverage, it would not excuse Roof's actions. Racism needs to be confronted over and over and over again. People like Dylan Roof need to understand that their racism is nothing more than hatred for people who are different, and that it is WRONG.

Why am I nuts for something that actually is a fact?..

https://newsone.com/3128742/dylan-ro...rayvon-martin/

Dylann Roof's confession, journal details racist motivation for church killings - Chicago Tribune

"Roof also said the killing of Trayvon Martin was a turning point in his life. Martin, a young unarmed black man, was killed by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in 2012. Zimmerman was acquitted in the shooting. Roof said he started researching black crime against whites on the internet."

Hatred, blah blah, yes. But the media keeps pushing a narrative, it's going to trigger the crazy morons to do crazy stuff like Roof. This is the only point I'm trying to make.

Is that really something that's "nuts"? Or do you prefer to ignore facts and stay in la-la land?

Which leads me to my original point. Racism happens, but to highlight EVERY indecent of it like it's something new is ridiculous. I don't know what the point is of giving these racists like the Wal-Mart lady attention.
