Doesn't matter. It was stolen and now it is considered evidence. No warrant needed. It's the same as if your car was stolen and used to commit a crime. The police will take it for the investigation.

No one is outraged from the loony left, that the DNC destroyed their servers, so the FBI could not snoop for evidence Russian hacking. But the media runs with the intelligence community says they did. The Intelligence community did not get to see it to confirm it. Stalled the Congressional investigation in its tracks.
