Ah yes, when people are doing this, you should cower in fear, and not ask them to knock it off. Got it! Cowardice in the face of racism, and oppression is not a American trait.
There is a line between bravery and stupidity. Cross it and you might end up dead. How many children you got at home?
I think most of the ones who voted for him in good conscience have pretty much dropped him at this point. Most of what's left are the fringe fanatics.
I support our president. I supported our last president. The one before that too. As an American I feel that we should support who's in office. I don't think that I'm a fringe fanatic. Just an average American.

I would agree with you on that for any other president besides Trump. He's dangerous and putting all of our lives at risk because of his insatiable ego. If his agenda becomes law, millions will suffer due to lack of health insurance. You support that?

None at the moment. (yay!). But I am not going to stand idly by while people turn my country into a hate machine. Cowardice is what allow evil to gain hold.

I agree that you don't engage these lunatics. These people who rant and rage downtown or in public areas are crazy, I avoid them. I wasn't there though, I don't know how this escalated, none of us do. However, in some situations, I could see myself setting off my pepper spray to defend a fellow citizen.

It seems like it was limited to verbal insults. Neither of the women were injured.
From CNN:
Quote:
A man fatally stabbed two people and wounded a third on a commuter train in Oregon's largest city Friday as people confronted him for "yelling a gamut of anti-Muslim and anti-everything slurs," a Portland police spokesman said.
The idiot should have been ignored. Two men would have gone home to their families.
