Its an insane world where simply being offended, or even pretending to be offended = victimhood that can be used as currency. We've created a culture of all different kinds of snowflakes where the biggest crybabies get sympathy points that can be cashed in for money and favors and influence. Followers of Islam are typically one of the worst abusers of this warped game.
Their sales in 2016 were about $336 million, but they have insurance much the way most people have insurance under an umbrella policy to protect their assets in the event they're sued. Homeowners who don't have an umbrella policy should consider getting one. They're affordable.
$100 million sounds like a huge payout for a corporation, and it is if paid out to one individual, but it isn't for a restaurant. God forbid, if something happened and just 15 or 20 people died, that's probably $100 million right there that would be paid out. Restaurants do have to prepare for worst case scenarios.
