The point is that the fake outrage was due to a tweet concerning "champagne popsicles".
Nothing more, nothing less...unless you are a "tweeter" who follows Ivanka Trump in order to slam her for every thing you can get your panties twisted over and feign outrage over.
She did her due diligence as the daughter of the POTUS and tweeted:

No, you aren't talking about Suzy the blogger. You are talking about how the left wanted the Trumps to separate their businesses from the WH/politics.
Yet, now, you are whining about how the daughter of the POTUS didn't go all "Memorial Day", in the way you wanted, on her personal business website, as the daughter of the POTUS.
Make up your damn minds already. You can't have it both ways.
This one doesn't care what Ivanka Trump did on Memorial Day. She's as tone-deaf and out-of-touch with reality as Paris Hilton & Kim Kardashian. I don't care what either of them did for Memorial Day either.
Outraged? That's funny. But let's exchange Ivanka with Gwyneth Paltrow & I guarantee the outrage from cons would be loud & clear. Don't even try kidding yourself.

It really does show just how serious Trump Derangement Syndrome is. Is the left serious? Criticizing such a post when hundreds of millions of Americans treat Memorial Day as the unofficial kickoff of summer? Note, just for the record, Ivanka Trump also took the time out to also honor those who have given their lives in defense of our nation.
Sadly, Trump won't do anything for veterans. Why veterans voted for Trump is beyond me. But they have to deal with consequences just like everyone else who voted for him.

I didn't vote for Trump, but are you really naive enough to believe that all Trump voters fit into the same demographic as the voters in PA, MI, WI + who put him over the top/made the difference, and therefore may end up bearing consequences that you won't?
Ironically it is my most conservative friends that harp every year about those that say Happy Memorial Day...it's not a day for festivities, blah blah blah. Every year.
But now liberals go -- maybe they shouldn't be hawking champagne popsicles on Memorial Day -- and conservatives are outraged.
