There are five recent case names not on file in that East Virgina Federal Court which lends a tiny amount of support to their argument that something is afoot.

This would just bring up the point that most Constitutionalist believe that the POUTS cannot be indicted while serving as president since the impeachment process is specifically laid out in the Constitution.

Although anything found out in this investigation can be picked up by Muller for a further look-see.
