Come now... this is like a religion thread. People can name things that scientists have been saying for years might help reduce the human impact on global warming and they can even point out what the Obama administration did that would assist in that effort and the response?

Prove it.

We CANNOT YET.

So, the premise of the thread is flawed. Ask again in 50 years or so.
