The speculative investigation of the Russians was used to reverse target Tump operatives (but never the man himself). These people were illegally unmasked (there must be a legitimate reasons to do it).
Rice, Brennan and Power are being subpoenad because, what CNN won't tell you, is that abuse of power by Obama administartion officials is very much a part of the congressional investigations (I'll bet most of you didn't even know this!). Rice definately abused her authority, and once she is indicted, along with, I am guessing, Lorretta Lynch and a few others, the question is going to become: what did Obama know, and when?

So sorry but they are not the only ones being subpoenaed, but I see you ignore such facts. Hey, I am for all of this, let's get to the bottom of this mess, me thinks you are not as eager to do that, but would prefer to simply go after those that informed the Nation of the mess the WH is. We shall see if impeachment is in Trumps future, at the rate things keep getting exposed and the more people on the hot seat to sing, the more likely it looks that it will be Trump that will need to grow up, because he is in for a disappointing end.

Trump is the focus of the investigation. Witnesses who worked in the Obama administration and those who worked/work in Trump's administration may be called/subpeonad to testify due to the fact that the alleged collusion started during Obama's administration. They would be called to testify about what they found out/discovered during that portion of the investigation.
