Trump doesn't take trash talk from P*$$1es of either gender. Get used to it.
What this shows is just how childish Trump really is. Now that states are stepping up to represent the U.S. globally on climate change, Trump may be even more humiliated.

When blue states are meeting with Canada and Mexico and perhaps Europe, in place of Trump, he may start getting a bit resentful, but he doesn't want to be a part of it.

There are encouraging signs that blue states and cities will join an alliance to align to the goals of the Paris Agreement without Trump. It would be very funny to see governors and mayors happily meeting with world leaders when Trump could do nothing but insult them.
"He met with and got disrespected and criticized by the leaders of NATO and the EU. He got mad. Both Merkel and Macron spoke about him as a bully and a child. Macron has happily spoken publicly about over-manning Trump when they met in person."
It really doesn't matter now, does it? He fulfilled a campaign promise to pull out of another bad Obama deal. It's that simple.

If blue states like CA want to still comply with the Paris agreement then knock yourselves out. It will only result in the weakening of that economy, and industry will be drawn to other states instead.

It's funny, red states have been saying that...forever. Yet California and other blue states continue to prosper.

This is hardly surprising given that he has the attention span of a 3 year-old and the intellectual attainment of a golden retriever (my apologies to golden retrievers everywhere). The only world leaders he shows any respect for are dictators and strongmen - especially Vladimir Putin - this goes without saying. The Paris Climate Agreement was doomed the moment Trump was placed in power by the Russians. Having a temper tantrum because the leaders of several European nations gave as good as they got was just icing on the cake.
