*cricket.

My local weather can't even predict tomorrow's weather accurately. So many times they reported severe storms, and it turned out to be a sunny day.

They seem like they can get the tides and sunrise/sunset times right but that's about it.

Or... we should wait for a climate model to tell us what reality is?

I believe climate change is real, but we could use more science and less politics in trying to understand it. What we get is a load of BS that goes to one extreme or the other, depending on who's agenda you're hearing.

No doubt that man has had some effect on the environment, but we don't have records that go back far enough to determine the extent or if what we're seeing is part of a long term cycle.

So lIke everything else, the answer is most likely somewhere in the middle.

Climate has been changing for the past 6 billion years. That's not news or new.

If they can't even predict tomorrow's local weather right, how can they predict anything at the global level and out to 100 years?

SO TRUE.

The answer is somewhere in the middle yet we have politicians that tell us the world is ending.
I wonder if the people who are screaming the loudest about climate change are those who are making the most money out of it.

Al Gore certainly made a pile of money out of his alarmist movie.

Follow the money.

It is ALL POLITICS. "Climate science" is political science. You really don't need to know much about climate, and most people don't. You just need to know who the frauds and charlatans and payees are...like Albert Gore, Jr. How many mansions? How many private jets? And you actually think HE is concerned?

One born every minute.
