Let the guy ****.

It sounds, though we are just getting one side, that the man continued beating the real victim after the man was already whupped. At some point in most fights you have to know when to stop.
Yep, Texas is one of those "bathroom" states. The Republican legislature is bent on calling a special session to get a "potty bill" passed.

Some posters are actually angry that I had the gall to make this a thread.

You must have so more information than what was in the first news report because it was pretty thin on information with some second hand unverifiable claims from the guys wife.

Also keep in mind that the young (deceased) man may have been the aggressor but then the guy took it too far and kept beating on him so in that scenario you could have a report stating as much but still have a second investigation with regards to the beating. I'd think that an autopsy and hopefully outside surveillance would clear things up.

That video shows a man being murdered in cold blood. I especially enjoy how obvious it is that the cop and her sociopathic spouse know that they can get away with intentionally killing a human in full view of the public.

Bonus points for the raging LEO spouse who thought the best way to shield his children from seeing a guy pee in public was to distract them by letting them watch him choke a guy to death instead.

More info has come out.

But there's PLENTY that can be inferred from the first link. It's pretty cut and dried.

They also spend a fair amount of time demanding that the person videoing it stop (which he obviously didn't).

As to so called assumptions dealing with YOU personally, those aren't assumtions. Those are facts.
Man. You're nuts if you think drunk people are defenseless.
They don't feel the pain and keep fighting long after they should.

That being said, why is violence everyone's first response to everything??!!
