A group of Republicans turned the tables on a Charlotte Starbucks Saturday, after its staff was accused of mocking a customer for wearing a Donald Trump tee-shirt.
Starting at 2 p.m., more than 50 tee-shirt wearing Trump backers staged a peaceful gathering at the Dilworth coffee house, filling chairs, tables and even the parking lot at one point.
So, they disrupted business? I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
The staff mocked the Trump shirt lady because she was rude, unless this is another Trump shirt lady.
I think some Trumpers mistakenly believe that everywhere they go, people will bow down to their "winning" vote, but really? People who don't like Trump will just associate those people with Trump, and no good will come of it.
ETA: I must have been recalling another incident with a Trump supporter in a Starbucks. And, this wasn't really a sit-in. They were paying customers. I see no issue with paying customers showing up in a group as long as they're courteous to the other customers and to the staff. Which, they seem to have been.

What I find interesting is the the barista wrote "Build a Wall" on the cup. To me that indicated that she was in agreement with the customer. WTF? "bullied and laughed at"...how?
I wonder about people's ... er...reading comprehension.
Hilarious that a group who supports a man who mocks everyone is so sensitive to being mocked themselves. Poor, poor lil' snowflakes. They live by the creed that they and their master can mock anyone and everyone, even a disabled man, but they themselves must not be mocked. It speaks to how utterly lacking in self-awareness the cult is.
I guess they can't take what they themselves like to dish out. What a surprise! NOT!
While it has been described as a sit-in, Tatro says the crowd was made up of paying customers and not just “people who were filling chairs.”
“We wanted the staff to see that Trump supporters are just as human as anyone else,” he said. “We live in a diverse city. It’s unacceptable in a modern society to make a customer feel uncomfortable, whether it’s a liberal business mistreating a conservative customer or a conservative business mistreating a liberal customer.”
Trumpetts don't even know how to do a proper sit-in. The company were probably happy that they came in a bought stuff from them. What idiots.
Agreed, don't they know they're supposed to vandalize the property and steal everything they can? Maybe shoot or beat some people too?
