Why do Dems get a pass, have the luxury of being able to get everything wrong and then blame the Republicans for not fixing it?

The Pubs weren't invited to do anything bipartisan under Obama. Remember when he invited them to take a seat at the back of the bus?

It's really pathetic.

Why don't you idiots hold your politicians to the same standards you hold Pubs to?

Both parties are just full of elitists who are in it for themselves on the backs of who they represent. The Dems have gone bonknutcrazy though. For being so smart they sure are showing their tribe mentality, easily steered this way and that.

That's why I'm a Libertarian.

Democrats are whining because Trump pulled out of the Paris Accord but why should the US be the only country paying money and agreeing to firm pollution control targets. At the same time, all China has to do is state that their emissions will peak in 2030.

They also whine because Trump demands every NATO country to pay what they promised to pay when they joined. Why should the US fund everything?

Yet, Georgia just elected a Democrat for Congress.
Under rule by Democrats without Republican interference: You could make up to 47K a year and still get time and a half for every hour that you work over 40.

Under Republican rule: You are a salaried employee for every dollar over $23,600. That means that if you make 23,601 and up you can be denied overtime pay.

Pretty sad isn't it?
Here is what happened last year. Early in 2016, President Obama issued an executive order making the overtime threshold 51 thousand a year and change. Something happened that forced the amount down to 47K. In December a Republican judge from Texas declared the executive order unlawful. The overtime threshold reverted to $23,600 a year. They have a right to deny you overtime if you make only 454 a week.

When the FLSA was written back in 1938 upper level management was making that kind of money. So that you have additional perspective Joe DiMaggio made $25,000 in 1938 and Lou Gehrig made 31 thousand.

Now do you understand why I vote Democrat?

Back in the 1990s, at a company I worked at, salaried employees did not receive overtime pay. If they had to work on Saturday, they were not paid for it.

Why pay attention to a post that doesn't even get the facts straight?

The special election in Georgia for an open seat in Congress (House of Representatives) will be held on June 20, 2017. Georgia voters of all political persuasions, please vote. Your vote does matter!

I'm asking myself why vote for a Republican when they consistently spread FAKE news????

The proof is in the last Presidential election. Trump or Clinton.

The number one beneficiary of either party is the party. But they both need money so they grovel at the feet of the fat cats. But the fat cats don't give their money cuz it feels good. They use their money to make more money.

If the Dems or the Pubs take fat cat money, they are indebted. Kinda like with the mob, where you have to pay the loan back plus the juice. And pay they do. With our hides.

That just proves that people are gullible and believe the rhetoric from both parties.
