So, you do not consider the following to be belittling someone?

You do realize ther is a really small number of characters allowed on twitter? And, a world leader, saying such a thing regarding, well, anyone actually, certainly could be considered to be less than appropriate. Who said trump was lashing out? I believe "berating" was the term used.
ETA: oh, wait, you are right, the article itself used the term "lashing out". That anyone would have to consider the US prez as "lashing out" at anyone, well, again... it is just inappropriate for the position.
