I don't know all of the actual legal laws on the books regarding this sort of thing. Apparently it's not illegal to do what she did or she'd be in jail at this point.
I don't think anyone with any rational sense thinks that Kathy actually wants to cut off trumps head. I'm not a fan of hers at all, but let's be real here. I'm sure the secret service that investigates this stuff knows that she was just doing a cheap stunt.
Please enlighten us, since you seem to be a Prosecutor. What laws did she break ? Distasteful, yes. Shameful , yes. Over the top, yes. But please give us case law that supports your contention. You guys have" Lock her up" on the damn brain.
This.
I found what she did disgusting and in bad taste.
But no law was broken.
I don't understand why entitled, liberal snowflakes believe they above the law. I guess in her endless pursuit for popularity and ratings that she decided to engage in behavior that would be a felony offense with state prison time in many states.
I usually don't make threads about celebrities but what she did was flat-out incredibly illegal.
My favorite is how she pretends to be a spring chicken and claims "There is a bunch of old white guys trying to silence her".
What she did is a felony level offense in many states and yet she plays the victim.
It is absolutely stunning the snowflake, liberal mentality that she is playing the victim when she behaves in a way that constitutes felony charges and state prison in many states. Yet she stands in her celebrity lawyers office and claims that "he broke me"
I'm going to try and explain something to you. Unless in the most extreme cases, those that are of the rich, famous or connected do not serve jail or prison time unless they somehow cheated on their taxes. Something like this, is not going to land Griffin in jail anymore than Madonna for wanting to blow up the White House.
Personally, while what she did was in poor taste, I can't really see what she did that would be construed as illegal.

If prison overcrowding is a problem now, just imagine how it would be if Trumpees had their way ? Anyone who spoke badly about Trump or looked at him crosseyed would be in jail.
These guys really need to get a life...........and some education.
