Oh and I forgot to add...once Roy Moore wins in Alabama that sideshow that's currently going on in Congress will go into hyperdrive next year. Fun times ahead!

And?......
  • Trump is still President.
  • Trump will be Re-elected, there's no Democrat who can beat him.
  • Pollsters have been wrong about Trump for 2 years.

But hey, if reading PEW makes you happy, then I'm for it.

That said, sure - those numbers are embarrassing, too. As well as this: Congress and the Public | Gallup Historical Trends 13% approve

The thing is, though, we are not talking about Congressional approval ratings (feel free to create that thread) - we are talking about the President's approval. And how low it is compared to his own previous ratings (and previous ratings of past presidents) is definitely on topic.

Great post and link. That spike in congress's approval circa 9/11 is staggering.

and you are completely correct too, historical for the last 40 years at least congress gets approval ratings in the teens... so the right winger claiming it means something is just trying to distract.

If Trump's approval ratings keep dropping, pretty soon his approval rating and his IQ will be the same !

This means any Democrat should be able to beat Trump in 2020. Hope Hillary runs again

Not intelligence, just a willingness to work the system and work with crooks (Manaforte, Flynn, etc.) and Russia.
