Michigan Preacher Helped 'Radicalize' London Attacker | The Daily Caller

Jibril, a Muslim preacher with a YouTube account would lionize Islamic terrorists. The London terrorist was obsessed with his channel.

Jibril has been accused by the US Government of encouraging terrorist attacks, has been convicted of fraud, and is not allowed to make social media posts as a part of his probation. However, he has many sermons that are older that are still on YouTube or pop up.

Should websites like YouTube censor out such forms of speech? YouTube has the right to do so, but should they?

Hate speech is protected - inciting violence is not protected.

I would argue that Jibril incites violence through the teachings of Muhammad.

You Tube is a private company, not a govt. entity. They pull things for copyright infringement or whatever all the time. They should exercise good judgment and pull his stuff. They are not obligated to protect his first Amendment rights.
