Nobody cares what they say either. When are these people going to get the message that Trump won. You either get on board the train or get out of the way or you will be run over. This train is not a wreck like Obama was.

Everyone knows Trump won and is the president. You people need to get over the fact that the majority of the country doesn't like him regardless of whether or not he's president. Nobody just "gets on board" or "falls in line" when they don't agree with the policies the president represents. Nobody's just going to get on board. It's naive (but cute) that the right seems to think people are all just going to start supporting the president even though that's never happened in history- there's always opposition. It's especially unlikely to happen when the President has an absolute mess of an administration, constantly contradicts and humiliates his staunchest supporters, and can't help but shoot himself in the foot on a regular basis (seriously, his travel ban would have been in place on day one if he kept his mouth shut).

What's happening will continue to happen. Trump will continue to be an international punchline. And when he fails to deliver on most of his promises, his core supporters will continue to blame everyone but him for his failure.
